  • Delivery times vary depending on the destination; delays may occur due to couriers or customs.

  • We remain responsible for the goods until delivery to the customer.

SECTION 4 - RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (EU CONSUMERS)

  • If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

  • The withdrawal period expires after 14 days from the day you, or a third party indicated by you, acquire physical possession of the goods.

  • To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us at lillipetshop.info@gmail.com of your decision to withdraw, using a clear statement (e.g. email).

  • You must return the goods without undue delay and in any event within 14 days from the day on which you communicated your withdrawal.

  • You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

  • Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used for the initial transaction, unless agreed otherwise.

  • Exclusions: the right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized products, perishable goods, or items that cannot be returned for hygienic reasons (if the seal has been broken).
